Magically Corded Mouse
I bought this mouse because like so many other Apple product users, I was tired of the Magic Mouse that came with my iMac "magically" needing batteries every other month. Also, there seems to be a defect with the Apple product and the batteries tend to become loose, so I had to shove some foil in the battery terminals to get it to work. I was just done with the hassle.Aesthetically this mouse blends in well with my Mac products. It has worked perfectly since I received it. I like that I can plug it in and use it without having to install software. I read reviews complaining that the cord was too long. I didn't mind the length, but I've kept tied up as it originally came so I can plug it into my laptop instead of my desktop, which is often enough. It is solid construction, and has held up even when I put it in my backpack. Though it feels lighter than an Apple Magic Mouse, I don't mind, but some people might think it feels "cheapy" because of that. It also takes a bit of getting used to since it is a lighter weight. Overall, it is a great value and I'll be buying an extra one just for my laptop.

nice size and works fine
This is a nice little mouse, great for the price, is attractive, and works fine with my MacBook Pro. It looks like the Magic Mouse, for a much lower price. I've never owned the real Apple one, so I can't speak to how it compares functionally, but I like the simplicity, and the right click/ left click/ scroll wheel all work well. I've only been using it for a few weeks, so I don't know yet what the battery life will be like, but it does seem to go to sleep when I'm not using it in a way that should preserve battery life. My only quibble is to agree with some other reviewers that it is sometimes slow to 'wake up' and find its connection again.

So, because the original worked so well, I bought this same model from the iHome Store for $13.24 in late Oct. 2021. However, this purchase malfunctioned after two months. The seller offered to replace the mouse. So, I returned mine and they delivered a new one on Jan. 22.However, this replaced one is now sporadically malfunctioning at an increasing rate. What Iโve noticed is that these last two are inferior in quality to the original from five years ago. The original is heavier and makes a secure connection.Even the internal color light changed from red in the original to blue in the newer ones. Unfortunately, I again believe that..DO NOT BUY THIS IHOME Wired Mac Mouse!!

iHome Mouse works with MacBook Air with M1 chip
This is not the first iHome mouse I owned. I bought my first iHome mouse 9 years ago. It was to replace the Apple mouse that came with my iMac. I did not like the Apple mouse. The iHome mouse worked great for most of the 9 years. However, during the past year it began cutting in and out. This was ok because I was finally replacing my iMac with a MacBook so I will buy a new mouse for MacBook. I fully expected the new mouse to be as good as the one I bought 9 years ago since they were same name brand. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. When I pulled it out of box, I noticed the white plastic on top of mouse, where the palm of your hand rests on it, was separating from bottom of mouse. I am not talking about where you put the batteries. So I pulled out some gorilla glue to fix it. That solved one problem. I put the batteries in and had no problem pairing with MacBook. I ran into a problem of the mouse dragging on my mousepad. It was not moving smoothly. What I found is the DPI and WiFi buttons on bottom of mouse were sticking out farther than the bottom of the mouse. These two buttons were dragging on my mousepad. So I took out my fingernail clippers and clipped a little off each button to make it flush with the bottom of mouse. Now it moves smoothly. It seems the old version of the iHome mouse was better made than this newer version. For now it is working fine. We will see if this one lasts 9 years.

Best replacement for Apple products that require batteries
This brand hasn't failed me yet, I use them on all my Apple computers, tired of having to change batteries in the wireless key boards and mouses, I much prefer plug-in than battery and they work great.

Works very well and the price was definitely right!
Went from an old blue tooth mouse from Apple, which had issues the whole time I used it. The cable is inconvenient, but thatโs what makes it more affordable.

Good for iMac
Exactly what I was looking for; a wireless mouse that connects directly to my iMacโs internal bluetooth. Setting up was pretty easy and it works as it should

Good replacement for Apple mouse
My Apple mouse continuously eats batteries and is very frustrating in the middle of a project. I bought this as a replacement for it and Iโm very happy. I no longer have to stop and change batteries and wait for my wireless mouse to connect.
