I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the assembly, and one of the pillows with the button off center. If you're a senior with arthritis trying to assemble these chairs by yourself, get another person, or grap good tools and toss the stamped out open end and Allen wrenches that came with the chair. I used a 5/32 ball headed Allen in a ratchet, a 10mm combination wrench and a rail clamp to hold pieces in alignment. This is because they machined the metal first, and then wrapped it with the faux wicker. This throws the alignment off, and you will find yourself pulling and twisting to get holes to align. So, if you are a senior with some limitations, get yourself these tools, some Allman Bros on the JBL, and an early start. The final product is great. The assembly sucks.

I love the swivel rockers. They were straightforward to put together. Look great. Frame feels sturdy! great height. The cushions are firmer than I would prefer but with a lumbar support pillow they are comfortable. Really Roomy! You can curl up with a book. I would recommend. Great value for the price point. If you want all the "bells and whistles" you would spend at least 4 times the price elsewhere. I'm happy with the purchase.

Love this set. Delivery was very fast. The quality and design is top notch. It took a bit to assemble but once it was done, it was well worth the time. It was the perfect set for our front porch. I expect it will bring enjoyment to us for a long time. The only thing is we wished the bottom cushion was a bit softer to sit on. I do wish it gave more options with cushion colors. The ottomans that we bought separately had a little different look in wicker then the chairs but not so much that I wouldn’t purchase again. I highly recommend this product.

I bought two sets both hardware kits were short two of the longer screws. Two "captive nuts" stripped out. on the first chair. second chair only one. I suggest using real tools for assembly. The included "wrenches" if used, will double assembly time.As others have said, the seat cushions are hard, strange considering the seat back cushions are comfy.

Chairs are great! Easy assembly ..took me longer to unpack the box! Table legs are un even however customer service is outstanding! Replacement table being sent !

We have been looking for durable outdoor rockers that are comfortable and easy to assemble. This product is all that and more. Took less than an hour to unpack, assemble and enjoy.

We recently received our order of 2 outdoor swivel rockers and a small table. We r very disappointed with our purchase. To begin with we found the assembly of the rockers to be very difficult, as the pieces did not easily fit together. With sun and a little warmth on our backyard deck, today was the first chance we had to use our new rockers. Another huge disappointment! Once assembled, the main frame of the rockers is fine. However the cushions included in the package are hard and very uncomfortable. Because we sit in our back yard quite a bit, I’m not sure what we are going to do.
