Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth, 10 Lbs (Тwo Рack)

I'm not one to write a review after only taking a product for a few days. But I have to share. I bought DE to help me combat Candida. I have it bad and read great reviews on it helping. I started taking 1 teaspoon twice a day, when I wake and before bed. My energy levels are insanely higher, like I feel like a new person. I suffer from adrenal fatigue and work evening shifts. So some days getting out of bed before noon is hard and I have a 2.5 year old. Now I am waking up feeling refreshed and full of life. I can get up at 7.30, exercise, do my daily chores, be a super active Mum, then go to work without needing coffee. I can't recommend this stuff enough. It has literally changed my life in just a matter of a few days, and this has been the only new thing in my daily regimen. My husband has now started taking it and hopes for similar results

This is THE best product I have ever came across. Not only does it help with fleas, ticks, bed bugs, etc., but it is GREAT for human consumption, as well. Amongst a slew of other illnesses I've been dealt with in life, fibromyaglia WAS one of them. That is, until I started taking FOOD GRADE DE daily mixed with my yogurt [or whatever you choose, i.e, a smoothie] and I honestly can say that after my FIRST dose, the fibro pain slowly was diminishing. It has been the first time in over 15 years that I have been pain~free. Last night I went bowling for the first time in years. Normally, I wouldn't dare to go, but I thought I would take the chance and see just how great this works. I was shocked when I woke up this morning. Before using it, I would've be in excruciating pain for days screaming in agony and the pain would keep me bedridden for days. No amount of pain meds would have worked. That is how bad fibro pain is; and how great this product is. I woke up this morning like any typical morning since I started taking it 2 weeks ago. Their site says to start out with 1 tsp and work your way up to 1 tbsp. per day. Please read their online, very informative site. I have a new life without chronic pain.Additionally, we also have 2 Pugs. I mix a little in their food and that helps with any tapeworms, eggs, etc., as well as putting some on their fur. I use an old Parmesan contain to sprinkle on them, being very careful not to get any in their eyes and to also make sure they don't breathe in any fumes. And wherever our precious Pugs lay, the DE is also there, too, from it coming off their fur, so it's doing a double-duty.Read their site to get an outstanding, informative, and wonderful guide. I'm still in awe being pain free and how it removes toxics from your system, and a whole bunch more.

Nice light colored and fine powder. Much better than what I have purchased at the feed and tack and the pet food store for my cats (Which was a gray color and not as fine of a powder). I did not realize there was such a difference in grade. Please be careful to always purchase FOOD GRADE DE if you or any of your animals will be ingesting this. I only mention this because some people are not aware that there is a non-food grade DE that is used for swimming pool pumps and insect control. NOT the same thing and dangerous if ingested. I hope this was helpful.

So far, I really like this product. I've been taking about two teaspoons a day now for two weeks with liquid chlorophyll. At first, I experienced the Herx effect (nausea and bloating), but the detox symptoms are gradually dissipating.I found that it helped my back problems related to degenerative disc disease immediately and also IBS symptoms. I was frequently waking up in the morning with numb hands, and the numbness is gradually going away. I was also due for lab work, so I took this for about a week before submitting my blood work to see if it would make a difference in my test results. One result that surprised me were my triglycerides. For the last eight years, they had been around 170-200. They came back at 150, the lowest since my 20s. So I am definitely pleased and I am curious how much lower I can get them to go if I stay on the product.My only complaint is a substantial increase in urination. I've needed to up my foods with potassium to prevent leg and foot cramps. So for those of you taking diuretics, be careful when using this product, because this product is also one. In addition, I have read that excess silica in the body can convert to calcium, which can cause stones. So be mindful with how much of this product you take and watch for symptoms if you are already supplementing with calcium. Also, be careful that you do not inhale the dust. It can irritate your lungs. Same goes for your pets.I'm not sure if I'll stay on this product indefinitely or if I'll rotate on and off of it. I've heard from many people that the latter is more effective, but it will probably depend upon how my back reacts to going off of it.Finally, I've been giving 1/2 teaspoon to my dogs for the last two weeks. They seem to be responding well to it, so I'll probably give it to them once a month for a week as a parasite and worm preventative.I would definitely recommend this product.
