This is a Brand New OEM Upgraded Condenser Fan Motor

Almost Identical Part
I bought this motor as a direct replacement for my original Payne condenser motor. It fit perfectly, including the correct wiring, EXCEPT the motor shaft was about 3/4 inch shorter than the original. So, in order to ensure the cooling blades would not contact the motor housing, I tweaked each blade at their base with Vise-Grips. No biggie, it only took a minute or two. It was worth the trouble to save $275 vs OEM pricing. Mine was made in Mexico, which I'm okay with. Had it been from China? I would have returned it, fast.

Replacement for Carrier unit
This fan motor is being used as a replacement for my Carrier unit - Model: 38TRA042330; 208/230 VAC; 1/5 HP; 1.1 FLA; PH 1; and 60 Hz. The HC37GE210 was easy to connect (wiring diagram on side of motor) and works great. If you are attempting to replace your fan unit, there are several youtube videos that step through the process. Reviewing installation videos before work is highly recommended, especially if you have not done this before.

bolt in fit
works great. just remember to leave a little space on the shaft when putting the fan on or the blades might drag.
