I used this under my hula hoop for 30 minutes a day for around a week and there is already a noticeable different in my waist. It’s comfortable whilst also supporting your back and cinching in your waist. I ordered a XL (I am UK18-20 for reference) this is generously sized on me. Great value for money and does make you sweat!

I bought this on the advice of my breast surgeon- to use as a compression bandage to wear after my mastectomy. The idea is to prevent bleeding in the first 2 weeks after surgery. My chest girth is 74cm and the small is perfect. There is lots of stretch. There is no big label, thankfully. I will be wearing this over my cotton t-shirt.

This is ideal for pulling in your waist and giving you an hour glass figure. However, you will need a body, or other control wear/underwear to cover the straps and even everything out.Best to manage your expectations, as due to the straps this actually puts some extra length to your waist. In my case hip pads offset that.If it's obviously quite restrictive and straightens your back, helping with posture and stops you slouching. I also have back problems, so this might also help with that.

This is the best waist trainer I've ever bought!I have started with an XXL , this is just day 4 , but now it seems in the next week I will need to size down. This is great and comfortable to wear , I don't feel like I'm gonna pass out 😄.

I wanted to try one of these to help burn some unwanted pounds. I’ve recently had a hip replacement and whilst waiting the last 2 years, my mobility suffered and the weight crept on. I’m 5 weeks post op & ready to do some walking on the treadmill. As a plus size and only in my 40s I wanted a bit of help, especially as I have lower back pain too. This item arrived perfect.. I was worried it may not fit, but there was plenty of room,it was extremely comfortable and the Velcro fastenings & material are so strong. I immediately felt my body was uplifted and supported when wearing it- tummy area and back. After 20 mins of walking, I removed it & my whole tummy and back was covered in sweat so I’d say it certainly did what I wanted it to. I’m very pleased with this item and plan to use it a lot more as I get stronger in my recovery.

I ordered bigger as I had seen some reviews saying it came up small so I'd rather have the bigger size. I'm usually a uk 16-18 but ordered a 2XL and it didn't even go around me. Tried it on both my daughters who's a UK size 6-8 and a UK 8-10 and it's a great fit for my daughter who is a size 6-8.
