GREAT Camera for self photos
We are very happy that we bought this camera, especially for "happy shots". ;-) We have always liked to turn the camera around and take pictures of ourselves, and it's hard to get the position JUST RIGHT -- not anymore! Now we can see exactly what the photo will look like. You push a button on the top to activate the front screen, and the camera seems a little slower processing when the front screen is activated, so we don't have it active unless we are using that feature. It is simple to use, yet has great options and takes great pictures. There is a "Smart Auto" setting, and then there are also more detailed "scene" settings for different situations. We like to play with the settings to see what works best in the situation we are in. A great zoom for "faraway closeups", but not at night. The flash doesn't go very far, so you're best to take faraway photos without the flash at night because it takes better advantage of what light is REALLY there -- if you use the flash at night, it makes things farther away look darker than they really are.We are really happy with the camera, and would definitely recommend it. It was just a LITTLE more expensive than others, but the front screen makes that well worth it to us. :-) Oh, and you can also set the timer to take a delay picture if you are taking it from farther away, and you could still have the front screen activated so you could see right away, who needs to move in or to the side, or stop putting "bunny ears" over someone else's head ;-)

A great camera for the price.
A great camera in its price category. The Wi-Fi, email and direct connect capabilities are awesome. The picture quality is quite respectable, again for a point and shoot camera. A great feature is the dual displays, including the front with child shot (helps get a child's attention by an animated duck) option. The panoramic option is a nice plus as well. Maybe it is just my lack of knowledge if an app exists but it would be nice if the Wi-Fi connect interfaced with tablets also. I have a Samsung galaxy tab 3 and it would not work. My "vintage" Samsung Galaxy 2 phone would also not work with it but the galaxy 3 and greater will. Some other reviews have stated disappointing images with low light. I am still looking for a camera that will perfect that challenge. Video is nice including zoom capability while recording (some cameras will not). The overall size of this camera is such that it will fit nicely into a pocket or a flip-phone size case/pouch that clips on a belt. I bought extra batteries but I think that may have been a waste of money. The camera charges with a standard micro USB cable, same as most phones so it is easy to recharge the battery if you are setup similar with your phone.

These are memories that are too important to only capture with a smart phone camera
Hmm... I purchased this camera after the birth of my child. These are memories that are too important to only capture with a smart phone camera. However, I Haven't been able to change the shutter speed, meaning that any motion always causes a blur. As you can imagine, babies move a lot. I always have to take several pictures to get one that isn't blurry, half the time just giving up. That being said, it hasn't been more useful than a smartphone camera. There's an option to send the photos directly to your cell, but it is a long process. every time you turn on the camera, you turn on the 'direct share' option, then go on your phone, (with the samsung direct share app already downloaded) you have to go to wi-fi settings, select the wi-fi the camera is on, (which is different from the home wi-fi) then open the app, search for the camera, connect, and then you're ready to snap a picture to send directly to your cell. There are a few other ways to share. There's facebook, but I don't go on that. There's a cloud app called sky share, or all share, that I haven't been able to get going. After several phone calls with samsung customer service, I found out they are having issues with that app, and will soon release an update on the camera that should fix that. But really, the biggest nuissance for me is that most of my pictures turn out just as blurry as they would with my smartphone. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know.

This Tiny Camera Is A Titan In Disguise
I bought this camera because I wanted an easy to use Point and Shoot Digital Camera. I relied on the many reviews to make my purchase. There were many positive reviews, and the only negative review that appeared many times was this camera does not take take great Flash pictures, and there is a lag with the use of the Flash. Well Out of many flash pics that I took, I had one, but all of my flash pics came out great. I have not learned how to use all of the functions like the WiFi that will send a pic to a nearby Smartphone, but for the price I paid, I am well pleased and satisfied. This camera came with no driver for the PC because it doesn't need one. This is great because many times when you buy a new P.C. you will have lost the Driver Disk. We really liked the front screen that lets you get those personal portrait shots with looking stupid, or using a mirror. The little animated video in the front screen is just an added touch for capturing the excitement of young children. This was a good purchase.
