There is a crease in all placemats - it won’t come out, I have washed them, steeped overnight, put them somewhere warm and somewhere cold - put a very very heavy weight on them. No matter what the crease is visible. I wrote to the supplier who showed me the new box they are using - this won’t make any difference as the mats are still rolled in the box and need to be kept flat. No offer of new mats or refund. They are a good size, they are heatproof, they look good on my pure white worktop BUT the ripple totally spoils the effect. I Would therefore not recommend unless you have access to an industrial steam roller -which may or may not take the ripple out.It Would be nice if the supplier sent me samples of the ones in the new box and then I can review them again - I am very disappointed with their response

Again, another product being sold on amazon that shouldn't be. This is NOT what is described. The product is NOT silicon. It is a piece of disgusting quality plastic that is so harmful to the environment. You CANNOT use the product as once it is folded, you can ged rid of the crease. They post it folded. It is so terrible it shouldn't have any stars. But then I wouldn't be able to review. So there you go. Shameful Amazon.

These look very smart, and are an excellent size. We bought them for a glass dining table in our garden, but they are great for trays, as they stop things sliding off. We have put rather hot plates on them but heat does pass through the silicone - so need to use them a few more times to make sure they are really ok to use on a glass table top on their own. I am trying to buy more of the same colour

Bought these to replace my grandkids character placemats which were beginning to loose their images.I was pleasantly surprised that a) they were flexible and d) they were nonslip.Despite them not having pictures on my grandkids really love them. They love the tactile feel.I just love what a truly good job they do at keeping any mess in a small area and also hoe they protect my kitchen table.Would recommend.

We bought these to use on a wooden garden table so that the heat from our Weber portable BBQ wouldn't damage the table surface. We've used them a few times now and so far are very pleased. Both mats together cover the footprint of the BBQ and leave some space for putting utensils down on as well which is an added bonus.

Really pleased with these silicon placemats. They can be used standalone or for extra protection (to the table) underneath a conventional table mat. As regards the latter the black silicon mats make a stunning contrast to our oak table and decorative table mats (which did not really protect the table). Summary - worth investing in.

Like them a lot, but they are bent out of shape from being rolled up. It’s the fault from the supplier not from amazon. They come rolled up in cellophane - but when you unroll them you cannot get the crease / bump out. I have laid them in full sun and am stretching them out to try and flatten them - but that hasn’t worked - I might try and iron them with a tea towel!

I had to laugh about the product they send me, the only resemblance it’s the shape?What’s the point of sending back! If they didn’t have the product available they should ask before sending something that I didn’t want or ordered really. Sham. I’m glad I didn’t order more of this
