8 oz Dark Amber Apothecary Glass Bottle NEW

I'm using this bottle as the base of a reed diffuser, and it's working fantastically - the small head of the bottle prevents a huge amount from evaporating, but refilling isn't difficult. Very pleased with this purchase.

These bottles are pretty good reproductions of old-fashoned apothecary bottles. The 'amber glass' is actually a coating on the outside of the bottle. The glass it self is not amber, it is clear.

The bottles may be new, but the glass is really clear with an amber film applied. Vendor should be honest that this is not really amber glass.

Its very cute, but the color isn't part of the glass, so it comes off on everything. I was putting some tea tree oil with water mixed and had to dump it out when the unknown color got in and on everything.

Perfect for homemade vanilla for Christmas presents! Let good dark rum cure for 3 weeks with two scored, fresh vanilla beans in it. Great!

VERY nice amber bottle. I am most pleased with it.
