I was losing my hair and thinking about having to get a wig, when I decided to give Ultra Hair supplements a try. When my hair dresser pointed out the new hair growing in, I was surprised because so many supplements overstate their benefits. Not this one. I keep taking it and my hair is not falling out like it was. I recommend this product.

My wife has used this product for years. It really improves the thickness and overall health of her hair. When she started using it we saw a subtle difference in a few weeks. After using it for years her hair looks great.

Everyone said these pills would reduce shedding and help regroup hair. So far, so good. After 5 weeks, I definitely have much less shedding and have shown pills to 2 doctors and both say they are just a really good, solid vitamin. Nothing harmful in them at all. Similar to a prenatal vitamin which all women know is when you have the best hair of your life...during pregnancy.

I first discovered Nature's Plus Ultra Hair vitamins over 20 years ago when I was working nights and my health food store recommended them when I said I was having trouble staying awake all night at my job without coffee. Coffee has always been a problem for me. I was amazed at how alert I was and had energy all night when I took the Ultra Hair vitamins. They are very high quality and not only are they designed for your hair, I feel great when I take them. I notice the difference when I don't.

I have had significant hair loss since I was 17 yrs old & I’m 40 now. I have hypothyroidism & I’m anxious and depressed bcuz my family is extremely dysfunctional & toxic. Mainly my father & one of my sisters who are both selfish, mean, narcissistic sociopaths. No exaggeration. So I’ve been on levothyroxine/ synthroid ever since. My hair loss was then worsened by developing chronic nerve pain, itch, & insomnia the last four years. I’ve been to countless doctors, naturopaths, & did acupuncture & Chinese herbs. (Super funky supps & teas!) I’ve tried many different treatments/supplements & nothing has ever made a dent. I thought I’d try these bcuz they somehow seem to help some ppl, but I have yet to see anything make any apparent difference. I took these twice a day for a few months & all I noticed was that my urine was bright yellow & very pungent. I thought it was worth the downsides to take such funky smelling pills that make my pee smell like I ate asparagus bcuz usually the gross tasting stuff is good for you. But, I just couldn’t keep taking them, along with all the other pills & supplements I take every darn day anymore. The only things that have helped are Nizorol for cleaning my scalp, quality shampoos, conditioners/leave in treatments, & trying to de-stress which is difficult. Being gentle & wearing it loose, and just giving it time to grow back. I have a million baby hairs all the time & it’s impossible to tell if it’s actually working.I’ve kind of given up on supplements doing anything noticeable for hair growth & these are another one to add to the list of pills that taste awful & are unrealistic to take for several months to even notice any changes. I’m “lucky” at least that I don’t have bald spots bcuz it sheds from all over, but it also makes it difficult to tell & for anyone to understand the catch 22 stress that comes with losing 2/3 of your hair. Ppl think I look fine bcuz I hide it well, but it’s very upsetting & frustrating spending so much time & money (plus plastic waste bottles), & it leads nowhere. My hair has grown back more now that my nerve pain & itch isn’t as horrible, but it’s still bad & the only help I’ve had for that is using multiple TENS units to zap away the pain. The itch was unbearable. They have saved me. This product, no so much.

I have a sensitive stomach. And I figured I could take the mini pills easily. Turns out their horse pills. Almost an inch long almost a half inch wide and super thick. They lie.All four pills have to be taken at one time. As a result, I Had stomach pains and heartburn for hours. I do not Recommend this product at all.

Ultra Hair by Nature's Plus contains Inositol and Biotin that I have personally found to promote hair growth after I first read about the vitamins. I recommend this product to others with all hair types. I've been taking this product for years. The only alternatives that I've seen results taking in its place were prenatal vitamins during and shortly after my pregnancies.This product (taken with salmon oil supplements, flaxseed oil supplements, and vitamin E), has contributed to my hair growth since 1997. As I wrote in the salmon oil review, I would recommend long-term usage (with doctor advice) in order to see results. I didn't see anything after a couple of months. But looking back over the years, I would stock up on this one all over again.

This works better than any other product that I have tried. And yes , my hair and nails do grow with this product. Instead of my usual i/2 inch hair outgrow this time it was one inch; my hair stylist wanted to know what was the difference this month? I changed nothing in diet, hair products or exercise, just this fabulous hair vitamin. The mini tabs are great because the old tablets were difficult to swallow they were so big.I use like a multivitamin and just add extra calcium to my daily routine. You will not be disappointed!
