13 balloons missing but reviews and descriptions mention 13 balloons
The 13 balloon WAS NOT in the package but yet it is listed in the information and the reviews. Why is the 13 even in the photo or description?! Where is the 13 balloons? That is the main reason for buying it. Very deceiving!

Not great
Unfortunately the number 1 would not stay inflated so I think it had a hole in it not sure =(...happy birthday banner sign was not very easy to blow up some of them would not blow up some of them just had to remain flat would not purchase again

Did the job but missing some items
We did not receive the star balloons and the latex balloons seemed cheap. They popped very easily! The "happy birthday" and number balloons were very nice though.

Exactly what I wanted!
Exactly what I wanted for my son's birthday. Had the large balloon's blown up with helium and the happy birthday blew up easily and put them on a string at hing on the wall. It was a cheesy mom moment but hea growing up and I'm not going to get many more of them so I took advantage. Everything came as expected and described and shipped quickly.

Poor quality
The number balloons are just fine, the regular white ones are poor quality and started popping right away when filled.
