Good Cleaning!
So far so good. It has a strong flow with 3 settings for type of flow. The water holder is small and empties rapidly but is easy to refill. It charges in less than the time estimated and stays charged throughout the cleaning, even going through about 4 fill-ups of the water holder.I have a plug-in Hydro-Floss and wanted something for travel. I already have another product by ToiletTree and have been very satisfied with it. Within 3 days of receiving this oral irrigator, ToiletTree sent an email going over the correct usage and charging methods for it as well as giving a phone number and email to contact if there is a problem. The reviews I read before ordering all said how satisfied they were with the service and contact with this company. Always a good sign when a company will back up its product.8/10 Update: Still happy with product. Dental cleaning 2 weeks ago showed that it was working as it should to clean below gum line. I have been using it exclusively because my Hydro-floss has sprung a leak and shoots water everywhere. I'm happy using this product instead. I've also found that I can use it for a good week or more without charging....and even then it's really not slowing down but I do charge it overnight anyway. I use it nightly, through about 4 refills of the water container.9/14 Update: Bit of a problem. Last week I charged it and it has not worked since. Switch may the issue but whatever it is, the unit will not turn on. My "return window" was over in July so I'm left with contacting the manufacturer.

Updated - Feeling great about this company - Poor battery life, bought in may, won't hold a charge in July
Update - I'm putting the update first. I wrote this three hours ago and my replacement is on it's way. I talked with Steve, the president of the company and he not only emailed me before he got into the office, but is replacing the defective item. There is always a chance something happens in shipping or manufacturing that something can cause the product to malfunction, but when company service is above all else in a company, you're taken care of and can be confident in buying... that is the case here.. the product works great when it worked, so having it replaced was the ultimate response for me. There is no reason this shouldn't be 5 star...and I move the update above the original post because the good of this product is worth the chance on the purchase. Thank you Steve and ToiletTree.. Besides how could you not want to buy from a company with a name like that..Orig: Battery life is bad. Perhaps I got an old model. I bought this in May and it says it was the new improved model, but it no longer operates. It appears to charge, the light flashes, then turns solid. When I unplug the charger, I can't turn it on. Then, now and again I can get it to work for two tanks of water, but the next time I go to use it, it won't work. When it does work, it does what it's supposed to do and very well I think. I go to the dentist next week so I'll update then. ToiletTree if you see this.. please rush me a new one, I am willing to give it a second go, but I'm looking for a different product at this point... I started out liking the product, I used it everyday and was quite happy, until this..now I'm just disappointed.

Good for the price, but I would personally like a more powerful water jet
About 2 years ago, I sold everything (including a Waterpik) and moved to another country. In Feb. '16, I had a root canal and then a crown. I've never had this type of dental work done and noticed that food was getting stuck between my teeth which caused an odor in my mouth. Honestly, I am too lazy to floss all the time. The first thing that came to mind was that I shouldn't have sold my Waterpik. It was 20+ years old and I didn't really think anything about it at the garage sale, but when I needed to buy a new one I was shocked at the prices! My old Waterpik was awesome and had so much power (like a power-washer!). A friend of mine was going to the States and said she could bring back whatever I ordered, but I did not want to take up too much of her packing space so I settled for this product based on its size and the reviews. Two of the main features I wanted was to be powerful and cordless. I got one of those features. It seems to hold the charge for quite some time. I've only charged it once since I got it! The water reservoir is small so plan on filling it up at least 2 times (once for the top teeth and once for the bottom teeth). It is easy enough to flip open the little "door" and refill within a few seconds, so that's not really an issue for me. I have read that this little "door" can break off easily so be gentle. There are three settings; normal, soft, and pulse. I use the normal setting and I wish it was more powerful than it is. I also enjoy getting my teeth cleaned at the dentist, especially when they are scraping the gunk under my gums, so the power of the jet may be MY issue and not that of the product. I think it gets out most of the food particles between my teeth, and my breath is fresher, so it gets the job done. It is light-weight and easy to pack. I would recommend this to others looking for a fairly inexpensive, compact oral irrigator.
