Greetings fellow Amazonians!I bought these as a gift for my friend in 2024. I just started wearing them this week. March 2025. He came over to my home to let me know how comfortable they are! A few times!Great job Air!

So comfortable and correct size , feels warm and kind of walking on the feather 🪶 super cool

I wore these shoes for various activities, from casual wear to working in a restaurant. They were comfortable and true to size, providing excellent traction on wet tile and greasy floors. I appreciated the mesh design. However, I was disappointed that the soles cracked after only a year, allowing water to penetrate and wet the shoe and sock. This was unexpected, and I've never experienced this with other footwear. I'm unsure if this was due to user error or a product defect.

12/21/2023 Update:I had hoped this pair of shoes would work out but it didn't. After two months of wearing them for street use and not any sports activity nor running, the inner air cushion for the right shoe had an internal issue that caused it to squeak every time you walk on it. So with every step, there is a very noticeable squeak that comes from the shoe. You can't see it as it is an internal failure and is not fixable. This pair is now basically worthless and perhaps can be worn around the yard.The air cushion design on this shoe is more of a gimmick than actual functionality. Maybe there are shoes out there with air cushion design that don't have this flaw but I'd avoid this manufacturer.I'm dropping my previous review rating of two stars down to one star!_________________________________________________________________________________________________I had mixed expectations when I ordered this on Amazon as this is an unknown brand to me but I decided to give it a go. Here is what I found:Positives:* Fit is perfect and true to size* Because of the ventilation, this shoe breaths well and does not cause your feet to overheat* Light weight and comfortable to wear* Quality of construction appears to be good but too early to tell as I've only had this since 09/01/23* Design is stylish and pleasing to the eye* No other issues so farNegatives:* The sole is NOT made of rubber - this is a big one for me as traction on slippery surfaces is very important (This shoe offers very little slip resistance on very smooth and slippery concrete surfaces)* The sole is made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), a copolymer plastic foam that is used in mid soles of athletic shoes* I purchased this because the manufacturer stated that it has rubber soles! It does NOT!!!* The soft EVA foam may be good at shock absorption but it is too soft to be durable for running applications* Time will tell how durable the EVA foam lasts for walking use* I'm a distance runner that log in more than 100 miles per month and the soles on this pair of shoes do not even come close to the running shoes I use with high carbon content (similar to car tires) rubber soles for wear resistanceThe manufacturer can improve this shoe by 100% if they would use high carbon rubber for the sole to improve traction and durability!Unfortunately, the negatives of the non-rubber sole alone dropped my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars!

Great quality

I've bought two pairs of "Air" Running Sneakers in the past and have been very satisfied however, this latest pair from MEHOTO seem to have a cheaper version sole. They tend to be slippery on some dry surfaces.

For 20 years I have gifted my brother a pair of athletic shoes for his everyday use. This was maybe the most outstanding buy I ever made to brighten his holidays. Very stylish, solid athletic support with air soles and cushioning comfort for the blend of activities in his typical daytime regimes. Highly recommended!
