Suburban - SB232504 232504 Limit Switch,Quantity 1

Furnace runs but still short cycles as it did before I replaced the OEM switch with this one. I realize my issue may not be a bad switch, but just be aware that the switch being sold here is different looking than what is pictured with the listing. The one listed looks like the OEM.

The limit switch I received is not an exact match for the photo in the posting (which is what I am replacing), but it does work. The product ID numbers do match, but I don’t think this is a Suburban part. Time will tell if it is durable.

This is the exact part that we needed to fix our Suburban heater in our Grand Design Imagine Travel Trailer. The heater didn’t shut off one night and after that we couldn’t get the heater to turn on. My husband is an auto technician and he looked into it and found that this simple part was the problem. It was a cheap and easy fix and has been working well. Plus the local dealerships didn’t have the part in stock so Amazon saved the day!

Apart from having to climb into my camper's basement, this limit switch was easy to replace, and now my furnace works, again.If your Suburban furnace doesn't seem to blow as hot as it used to, or if it only runs for about 25-30 seconds, check this limit switch. Better yet, just replace it, if it's more than a couple of years old. They tend to go bad, even though they may check out with your meter.
