Super cute; but needs place holders rather than blank cardboard for each year while you fill it up
I love the frame and it will be perfect once it’s full! I didn’t give it 5 stars because I’d really like for it to have cute place holders for each year while you fill it up. Otherwise, it will look silly hanging on the wall with only a few photos and cardboard in the blank spaces. However, if your child is done with school and you’re filling it up after the fact, it’s totally 5 star worthy!I added my own place holders so it can hang on the wall without looking odd.

Love it!
Great frame! I put little drawings my daughter made and her soccer photo in place of school year photos since she’s only in first grade. I love that it’s reminded me to make sure I have all her school photos gathered- I had lost some of her preschool photos and dug them out when I started putting phtots in the frame. It’ seems easy to swap out photos too - loooking forward to adding her school pics. Was packaged great, arrived in perfect condition.

Simple way to feel like an A+ organized parent!
Great product. Exactly what I was looking for. The sample photo grid makes it easy to measure, align, and attach school photos, and I love that school pics now have a designated destination (rather than a kitchen drawer). The frame also inspired an unexpected emo-parent moment. After putting in our son's kindergarten photo, I showed the frame to my husband. He got really quiet and then said, "My god--all of those years fit into that one frame? He's growing up so fast!"

High-quality item for holding memories
Elegant item that will look good on the wall or on the mantel. I was pleased with the quality of the design and construction -- it's not flimsy, the glass is clean and warp-free, and there are some nice touches like the easy-open clasps on the back and the notches that hold the back in place. The back isn't cheap cardboard; it's sturdy and built to last. Well-packed in styro and not in a wasteful ginormous box.

Needs some improvements
It is made well, but I purchased the white one, and it definitely needs a different matting to bring out some color with contrast. It does not come with the grades identified, which was what I was looking for. Once you take out the sample photos that come with it, then all picture opening are completely blank and all white. Everything blends all together. I must do additional work to make this work, such as a different matting, which I cannot find to match the openings, and add lettering for the grades. I purchased it for a first graders, so there are too many years ahead to leave it as it is. I would not purchase again, due to these lack of features.

just what I needed
I like this frame. It was just what I looking for to display my son's school pictures. There are really only two things I'd change. First, it would add a lot if the mat was labeled for each grade. I will probably use some stickers or something to do that myself. Second, it was a little difficult to tell exactly where to trim the photo to fit inside the opening best. Some sort of template (clear plastic, maybe) included would be very helpful to lay over the photo to mark where to trim without having to completely remove the mat and existing photos each year. Neither of these would keep me from purchasing again, however.

Great value
Very pleased with this purchase. Looks clean and nice in the wall. The opening were a great size for the oversize 2x3 wallet. A couple of my kids' pictures were the smaller wallets, so I scanned them and reprinted them to fit. If you flip the sample picture paper, there is grade levels printed for each space, so the empty frames will be filled with the grade levels missing.

Perfect way to display school photos through the years
I’ve been wanting something like this for awhile and love the simple design of this. It’s lightweight but built well. Easy to add the pics and fits standard 3.5x2.5 with a little trimming. I simple turned the example included over so the spaces that need filling are just white. I also fill the larger photo with the bigger pic of the year we are on. Realize eventually that will be for the 12th grade photo. Bought two of these for my kids and they were thrilled to fill them in! Highly recommend!
