I like that it didnt have that weird taste like other lions mane I have tried. I did notice I had more focus with this one compared to others. This doesn't have all the added fillers that are unnecessary.

I don't really notice a noticeable change, but will continue taking it to allow my body time to fully absorb it.

I’ve been very curious about lions mane since hearing Paul Stamet talk about it. This seems high quality and legitimate. I can’t say for certain if it helps but I feel that way about every supplement on the market.
