I don't usually write reviews, but as someone that's had meh units from Seicane in my car and utter garbage ones from Eonon, this unit is as close to factory polished as they come. One thing to note, on older cars like my 2010 Passat, the antennas don't plug right in a need either an adaptor for it (which I couldn't find) or do some altering and dremel the socket out of the factory clip and them tape it on the back of the unit. Also editing BT is hidden somewhere and I'm not sure pairing a new device will be easy, I hope to find it buried in settings somewhere.Update: The unit now exhibits lag, especially when streaming music from apps. Troubleshooting hasn't been helpful. Probably needs an update, but I have no idea where to find one

This works great, sound quality excellent. Installation was really a plug and play, and the unit perfectly fits the Tiguan radio housing. Only for the backup camera you need to connect a couple of wires.When you turn it on it was a little embarrassing the splash screen with the Volkswagen logo misspelled "WELCOM" but you can easily change it with your own picture. I download the right image from internet. Definitely worth the money you pay.
